Stone-Milled Kyoto Uji Matcha MASTERS BLEND 1.05oz.(30g)
Hot / Cold Matcha Latte
- 2 g (1 tsp) matcha
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar or sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
- 180 ml milk
- 2–3 ice cubes (for cold version only)
Instructions:
Sift 2 g (1 tsp) of matcha into a cup or bowl.
Add 1 tbsp (15 ml) of warm water.
Whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy (no lumps).
Stir in 1 tbsp of sugar or sugar syrup (or add it to taste).
For cold version:
- Pour the whisked matcha into a glass with 180 ml of cold milk.
- Stir well.
- Add 2–3 ice cubes.
For hot version:
- Heat 180 ml of milk (do not boil).
- Pour the whisked matcha into the hot milk.
- Stir well.
Notes:
- The sugar can be added after the milk if preferred (especially for iced versions—stir until dissolved).
- Use your favorite milk (dairy, oat, almond, etc.).
