  • 2.3g of MATCHA Powder

    (Bon-Cha Original Blend) ​

  • ​180ml of Tonic Water

1. One teaspoon (2.3g) of matcha.

2. Whisk the matcha powder with a small amount of warm water.

3. Combine with 180ml of TONIC WATER

4. Add ice cubes to your preference.

 MATCHA FIZZ. 12oz
 MATCHA STRAWBERRY LATTE (Cold) 12oz
  • 1.5g of MATCHA Powder

    (Bon-Cha Original Blend) ​

  • ​190ml of Milk

  • 2 tbsp Strawberry sauce

  • 30g Cream Cheese

  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream

  • 1.5 tsp Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Milk

1. Prepare a glass and add 2 tbsp of strawberry sauce and ice cubes.

2. In a bowl, mix 30g of cream cheese (room temp.), 2 tbsp of heavy cream, 1 1/2 tsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of milk and a pinch of salt together. Whisk until becoming smooth cream.

3. Sift 1.5g (1 1/2 tsp) of BON-CHA Uji Matcha Original Blend into a separate bowl.

4. Add 10ml of water and whisk well in a matcha bowl.

5. After making smooth creamy tea, then add 180ml of 80°C (175°F) water, and whisk briskly with a whisk until frothy.

6. Add a pinch of sugar for a hint of sweetness, if desired, and savor the vibrant, smooth flavor.

 MATCHA STRAIGHT (Cold) 12oz
  • 1.5g of MATCHA Powder

    (Bon-Cha Original Blend) ​

  • ​190ml of Water

1. Sift 1.5g (1 1/2 tsp) of BON-CHA Uji Matcha Original Blend into a bowl.

2. Add 10ml of water and whisk well in a matcha bowl. 

3. After making smooth creamy tea, then add 180ml of 80°C (175°F) water, and whisk briskly with a whisk until frothy.

4. Add some ice cubes to enjoy! flavor.

Optional:  Add a pinch of sugar for a hint of sweetness, if desired, and savor the vibrant, smooth taste.

 MATCHA Beer
  • 1.5g of MATCHA Powder

    (Bon-Cha Original Blend) ​

  • ​190ml of Water

1. Sift 1 tsp matcha into a bowl.

2. Add 1 tsp cane sugar syrup (or 1 tbsp sugar mixed with 1 Tbsp water) and whisk until silky smooth.

3. Pour beer to 60% of your glass.

4. Drizzle in the matcha-watch out for the     foam!

5. Sip the sweet, cocktail-like green beer!
